A deeply relaxing one-on-one experience combining restorative yoga and sound healing. I come to your location and provide all necessary props—such as bolsters, blankets, straps, mats, and sound instruments. The session begins with gentle, supported poses held for 5 minutes to release tension in the body, followed by a calming soundbath using instruments like crystal or Tibetan bowls. This offering is ideal for stress relief, nervous system reset, emotional grounding, or simply taking time to rest and restore.
