Private Instruction Classes

As a private yoga instructor, I am here to guide you  through a learning process that includes the full range of asana (physical practice), pranayama (breathing), and meditative practices.  I work with all ages and a range of fitness levels. I am available for various events and private instructions. Below are the various styles of yoga that I specialize in teaching.

Series: Yoga Fundamentals

This 6-class series is designed for beginners and anyone looking to revisit the foundations of yoga. Each session builds upon the last, focusing on essential poses, proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. You'll learn how to safely and confidently move through basic yoga postures, explore simple breathing techniques, and develop a deeper connection to your body. By the end of the series, you’ll feel more grounded, flexible, and empowered to continue your yoga journey with confidence. We will also explore various styles of practice.

Series: Pre-Natal

This 6-class prenatal yoga series is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy with gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques. Each class focuses on strengthening the body, relieving common discomforts, and preparing the mind and body for birth. You’ll explore poses that are safe and supportive for all trimesters, build connection with your baby, and cultivate calm through guided breath and mindfulness practices. Suitable for all levels, this series offers a nurturing space to move, rest, and connect with a community of expecting parents.
