Event/Group Restore & Soundbath

Service Description

A restorative group experience that blends gentle, supported yoga with a calming soundbath. Designed for up to 12 participants and held at your location, this session is ideal for retreats, team wellness events, celebrations, and intimate gatherings. All props and sound healing instruments are provided, including mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and soundbath tools such as singing bowls or chimes. Participants are guided into relaxation through restorative postures and soothing sound, creating an atmosphere of grounding, rest, and connection.
